Registration Policy for Camp 313-Kund Malir 2024

1. Registration Period:

• The registration deadline for the camp is on 13th December 2024 at 11:59 pm.
• Registrations may close earlier if all available spots are filled.

2. Camp Cost:

• The total inclusive cost for the camp is 13,500 PKR. This cost covers transportation, accommodation, meals, and all scheduled activities during the camp.
• 5,000 PKR of the total cost is non-refundable for all accepted camp registrants. This deposit secures your spot and covers administrative costs.
• Please note that your registration will only be considered once you have added proof of payment in the registration form.

3. Refund Policy:

• Refund requests will only be honored if made within a week of completing your registration.
• If the request is made within a week, 5,000 PKR will be non-refundable but the remaining 8,500 PKR will be refunded.
• After a week of completing your registration, registration can be cancelled on request, but no amount will be refunded.
• However, there will be no refunds entertained after 20th December 2024 at 11:59 pm.

5. Rules and Regulations:

• Participants must be aged 16 – 30 years.
• There are limited spots available, and registrants will be catered on a first-come first-serve basis.
• Should any spots become available after the initial registration period, preference will be given to individuals on the waiting list.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule and guidelines provided by the Camp 313 management.
• Respect for fellow participants, staff, and the natural surroundings is required of all participants.
• In the unfortunate instance of a participant found carrying any illegal substances, the camp 313 management reserves the right to dismiss them from the Camp at their own cost and without a refund.
• Participants are required to follow safety instructions during outdoor activities.
• This camp is catered towards the youth and doesn’t accommodate for the parents/guardians.
• Participants are expected to stay with the group throughout the course of the camp. And no exceptions shall be made.

6. Medical Information:

• Participants are required to provide relevant medical information during registration. This information will be kept confidential and used only in case of emergencies.

7. Smoking and E-cigarettes:

• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the camp.

8. Damages to Accommodation:

• Participants are responsible for any damages caused to the accommodation facilities during the camp.
• Any costs associated with repairs or replacements due to participant negligence will be borne by the individual responsible for the damage.

9. Personal Belongings:

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The camp 313 management will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
• Participants are advised not to carry any valuables with them to the camp.
• Participants are advised to report any loss or theft promptly to the camp 313 management.

10. Dress Code and Decency:

• Participants are expected to dress in a manner that respects Islamic cultural norms and the nature of the camp. This includes avoiding clothing that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
• Brothers are not allowed to wear shorts. Sisters are expected to maintain hijab.
• The Camp 313 management expects participants to maintain a social hijab, encouraging participants to maintain an atmosphere of modesty, respect, and cultural sensitivity throughout the event.

11. Cancellation Policy:

• The Camp 313 management reserve the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

12. Waiver of Liability:

• Participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages arising from their participation.

• By registering for the camp, participants voluntarily waive any claims against the Camp 313 organizers, staff, or affiliated parties for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.
• By registering for the camp, participants acknowledge voluntarily giving up legal rights, including the right to sue.
