Registration Policy for Camp 313-Murree 2026
• The registration deadline for the camp is on September 17th, 2026 at 11:59 pm.
• Registrations may close earlier if all available spots are filled.
• The total inclusive cost for the camp is 22,000 PKR. This cost covers transportation, accommodation, meals, and all scheduled activities during the camp.
• 7,000 PKR of the total cost is non-refundable for all accepted camp registrants. This deposit secures your spot and covers administrative costs.
• Please note that your registration will only be considered once you have uploaded proof of payment in the registration form.
3. Refund Policy:
• Refund requests will only be honored if made within a week of completing your registration.
• If the request is made within a week, 7,000 PKR will be non-refundable of the entire/upfront amount but the remaining 15,000 PKR will be refunded.
• After a week of completing your registration, registration can be cancelled on request, but no amount will be refunded.
• However, there will be no refunds entertained after September 20th, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

• Participants must be aged 16 – 30 years.
• There are limited spots available, and registrants will be catered on a first-come first-served basis.
• Should any spots become available after the initial registration period, preference will be given to individuals on the waiting list.
• Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule and guidelines provided by the Camp 313 management.
• Respect for fellow participants, staff, and the natural surroundings is required of all participants.
• In the unfortunate instance of a participant found carrying any illegal substances, the camp 313 management reserves the right to dismiss them from the Camp at their own cost and without a refund.
• Participants are required to follow safety instructions during outdoor activities.
• This camp is designed for youth and does not accommodate parents or guardians.
• Participants are expected to stay with the group throughout the course of the camp. And no exceptions shall be made.
• Participants are required to provide relevant medical information during registration. This information will be kept confidential and used only in case of emergencies.
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the camp.
• Participants are responsible for any damages caused to the accommodation facilities during the camp.
• Any costs associated with repairs or replacements due to participant negligence will be borne by the individual responsible for the damage.
• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The camp 313 management will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
• Participants are advised not to carry any valuables with them to the camp.
• Participants are advised to report any loss or theft promptly to the camp 313 management.
• Participants are expected to dress in a manner that respects Islamic cultural norms and the nature of the camp. This includes avoiding clothing that may be deemed inappropriate or offensive.
• Brothers are not allowed to wear shorts. Sisters are expected to maintain hijab.
• The Camp 313 management expects participants to maintain a social hijab, encouraging participants to maintain an atmosphere of modesty, respect, and cultural sensitivity throughout the event.
• The Camp 313 management reserves the right to cancel the camp due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
12. Room Assignment & Ice-Breaking Policy:
• As part of creating the kind of community these gatherings are meant to foster, rooms are assigned on random raffle draws to encourage participants to meet and connect with people outside their existing circles.
• For this reason, rooms are assigned at random, including for participants who register together.
• Roommate requests and room-change requests cannot be accommodated, and room assignments are final. This helps us create a more inclusive environment where everyone has the chance to form new connections throughout the gathering.
• Exceptions can be made on medical basis.
13. Waiver of Liability:
• Participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages arising from their participation.
